Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the Royal Overseas League in London, at 4pm, on Wednesday the 16th of November 2022. The Board will be submitting a Special Resolution at the AGM with regard to updating our Articles of Association. Please see our Special Resolution and explanatory note and a copy of the proposed revised Articles on this Resources and News page. Further details have been mailed out to our members with the Report.
